Ringless voicemail (RV) is one of the newest ways to communicate with customers and team members.

When they arrive in someone’s voicemail inbox, these messages are usually automatically transcribed into text as well. This gives those receiving them the options of listening to your voice message, reading it, or even clicking website links to visit your online resources. As well of course as calling or texting you back, or forwarding the message onto their neighbors, family members, or business partners.
